Wealden Medical Services patient transfer service is designed for the comfort and the safety of patients, whilst transporting them from bed to bed.
WEALDEN MEDICAL SERVICES are happy to transfer:
- From Care homes to Nursing homes
- From Nursing homes to out patient appointments
- From Nursing homes to hospices
- From NHS hospitals to Private hospitals
- From Private hospitals to home
- From home to Respite care
It is reassuring for those who need transport, as well as those arranging it for others, to know that all our staff have had their backgrounds checked and have supplied more than one reference.
All our staff have had training in Emergency First Aid, 02 Therapy and Manual Handling. These are the minimum qualifications our company policy requires.
